36-year-old Bajpai fled from Hyderabad where he had gone to hear a court hearing in connection with the case. He was also admitted to Thane's Jupiter Hospital for a surgery, said police.
"Bajpai along with the other accused was arrested by the Thane police in connection with a case registered there. He then complained of health problems and was admitted to Jupiter Hospital where he was operated. Andhra Pradesh police had taken the remaining accused to Hyderabad when Bajpai was in the hospital," said an officer.
Bajpai after his discharge from the hospital moved Hyderabad Court to seek anticipatory bail but was denied the same.
"He then disappeared and we don't know where he is now," said an officer.
"We have found more than 175 accounts in various banks. Two cars seized from Bajpai are valued at Rs 1.30 crore. We are looking for the company's properties and will attach them with court permission," said an officer adding that Harinder Kaur, international chief of the firm, was also on the run.

SpeakAsia, which posed as a survey company, duped many investors asking them to join with Rs 11,000 and promised them Rs 52,000 annually in return for conducting online surveys for the website which led to the arrest of Tarak Bajpayee
